Hand Studies

Hello!

A couple of new friends made a study group for Calarts. Since we all desperately want to get in we figured that we should start practicing as hard as we can and as soon and possible.

We are doing fun weekly challenges, which are due each Saturday. This week we decided learning how to draw hands would be a pretty good place to start.

(ACCEPTED) CSSSA Animation Application!

Hello everybody! It's time for another update on my life.
The deadline for CSSSA was yesterday, so I thought that today was a good day to share my pieces that I submitted for the animation program.

One drawing or painting that shows what you feel is unique about yourself.

One drawing or painting of any subject that interests you. 

One drawing or painting that you feel demonstrates your technical skills. 

Either a flipbook that has at least 25 pages, or a video on a flashdrive, of an animation you have created that demonstrates your understanding of motion. 

Basically the ghost is a really boring blob and has no identity, until he decides that with some effort he can really become unique if he believes in himself. So when he puts the shades on he sees the world colorful and beautiful! 

SO. I feel so proud of myself for all the hard work. I can already see myself having so much fun in the future as an animator. All of this stress and pressure on myself... sigh. 

We shall all know if I've made it some time during the spring time.
